How to Buy a Home
There’s a lot to know when it comes to buying a home. I'll break it down in 4 easy steps.
Step 1: Don't do it alone; As a Realtor my job is to know what you don't, and use that to get you the best deal available for the home you want. You DON'T pay me to represent you during the purchase of your home...in fact the SELLER pays me to represent you!
Step 2: Now, that you have hired me to be your Realtor the next step is to get pre-approved by a mortgage lender for your new home. I work with several lenders that you can work with or we can work with any lender of your choice.
Step 3: After your pre-approval has been issued then it's time to start shopping for your home!!! Whether it be for New construction or pre-loved homes, I'll take care of scheduling all showing appointments.
Step 4: Write a contract for your new home now that you've found it!! At this point I'll analyze the market for the area of the new home and put together an offer strategy best in line to get what you need but most importantly to get you the home!!!
